I am sending you this message to organize and protest against Dr. Mihretab who is planning to dance on the grave of our people. The message from Miriam which was posted few weeks ago
was compelling.
Dr. Mihretab has to be told that our sons have parents too just like his kids have him.
Please tell Dr. Mihretab:
If he loves the country so much, send his daughters to Sawa.
If he loves the president, let him go serve him in Adi Halo
If he cares about Eitrea, send his in-Laws to build houses for the generals.
It is very difficult request to ask this opportunistic Dr. Because he paid thousands of $ to bring his relatives out of Eritrea which he obviously knows that it is turned to a hell hole undr the fascistic regime that he is supporting.

Thank you very much for supporting the idea of bottom up approach; when I talk to different people those who trying to contribute to the struggle (so called Delyti ftihi) the biggest problem we are facing; instead of understanding and buying the idea some are trying to see WHO is leading the initiative; then start to judge using the person personality.
Obviously in the last 20years; leaders of civic society or opposition party they knew each other either they meet in meetings or known each other from their media appearance as a result overtime personality becomes bigger their organization eventually even bigger from the nation and people as a result some of them have made decision not work with individuals; immediately when they see the name of the person they do not like just becomes create a lot of obstacle. Therefore I appeal to the public:
(1) we have to judge and challenge idea; rather than individual personality;
(2) We have to work not to get recognition or to become popular; rather to save the nation
(3) We have to be ready for compromise on idea difference and narrow dawn difference; and ready to walk to gather “for national agenda you cannot walk alone faster in any case you will slow dawn because you are alone; therefore you have to walk longer journey with someone else”
(4) Let kill our personality; make bigger and bring our nation at the front.

No question, what we have been missing up to now is Global leadership that coordinate our activities, leaders who are elected by us the Eritreans in the Diaspora. Dear Teclay, identifying a problem and inspiring others to think about it would have made you part of the solution. However, the way put it in the middle of a positive discussion, is not helpful. Granted, I agree with you that one of the main reason we are in this nightmarish situation is due to our own ignorance. Yet, we need to choose the right terminologies when expressing our ideas to make sure we overcome the usual sarcasm most of us frequent. Let’s make it happen because We owe it to our martyrs, people, dignity etc.

Prof.Araya’s GRM is better than the previous ones,and it is good that Mr. Okbay supported it.Having said that it would have been better if it was with out telling us the stereotype Ghedli propaganda.
I don’t know why ,even-though i have heard intensive lies ,i can grasp why i am different from Tanzanians,Ugandans,Rwandans …(my east African brothers and sisters). I visited east Africa before 3 years and i felt at home .
