20 ሰነ ዝክሪ ስዉኣት ምእንቲ ነጻነትን፣ ፍትሕን፣ ራህዋን፣ ቅሳነትን ዝወደቁ ኣቦታትናን ኣሕዋትናን ፣ሕድሪን ሓላፍነትን ከምዝገደፉልና ብምርዳእ ፣ሕድሮምን መብጽዐዖምን ንምትግባር ኣብ ስዊዝ ካንቶን ትቺኖ ከባቢ ሉጋኖ እንርከብ ደለይቲ ፍትሒ ብክብ ዝበለ ኣገባብ ሽምዓ ወሊዕና ንህሉው ኩነታት

አብ ከተማ በርሜንሃም ብዕለት 20.06.2015 መዓልቲ ስውኣት ሽምዓ ብምውላዕ ክብ ብዝበለ ተኸቢሩ ውዒሉ። እታ አብ ከተማ በርሜንግሃም ቆይማ ዘላ አወሃሃዲት ኮሜቴ፤ ካብ ኩሉ ክፋላት ሕብረተሰብ ኤርትራ ዝተረኽበሉን ብዙሓት ሰባት ዝተሳተፍሉ ኒሩ። እቲ ዝተገብረ ምድላዋት ብአመንቲ ክርስትና ካህንን ናይ ስልምና መራሒ ኦቦን ነቲ ዝኽረ ሰማእታት ከፊተሞ። ንመዓልቲ ስውኣት ዝሕይልን፤ ዋጋ መስዋእትን ለበዋ ስውኣትን ዘዘኻኽር ግጥምታትን ለበዋታትን ቀሪቦም። አብዚ አጋጣሚ ሓደ ወዲ ስውእ፤ ኣቡኡ አብቲ መጀመርያ ሰውራ ኤርትራ ክጅምር ከሎ ዝተሰውኡ፤ ሰፊሕ መደረ አስሚዑ። ብመስዋእቲ አብኡ ከምዝሕበን፤ ብደም ስውኣት ድማ ነጻነት ኤርትራ ከምዝተረኸበ ክንሕጉስ ከምዘለና ለበዋ አቕሪቡ። በቲ ዝቕጽል ዘሎ ህልቂት ኤርትራውያን ዝተሰምዖ ጋሂ ገሊጹ። እዚ ውዲ ስውእ ብሞያ ፓይሎት ምኻኑ ዝተሓበረ፤ አብዚ ሃገር ዘይኮነስ አብ ኤርትራ ኮይነ ከም ፓይለት ክሰርሕ ይግብኣኒ ኒሩ ግን ከም ምንዮተይ ክኽውን አይክኣለን ክብል ንዘሎ ህልው ኩነታተት አብ ኤርትራ ገሊጹ። ብዘቕረቦ መግለጺ ድማ ብዙሓት ተተንኪፎም።እቲ ዘሕዝብ ግን ስጋብ ሕጅ እቲ መስዋእቲ የቕጽል ምህላው ብብዙሓት ተሳተፍቲ ተገሊጽ።
ብድሕሪ እዚ ነቲ አብዚ ግዜ ንህግደፍ አብ ከቢድ መጻብቦ የእቲዎ ዘሎ ጸብጻብ ውዱብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት አብ ሰብኣዊ መሰል አብ ኤርትራ ንምድጋፍ ዝካየድ ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ አብ ጀኒቫ ንዕለት 26.06.2015 ብሰፊሕ ተዘቲይሉ፡እቶም ብስራሕን ካልእ ጸገማትን ናብ ጀኒቫ ክኽዱ ዘይክእሉ ፤ ነቶም ናይ ገንዘብ ሕጽረት ዘለዎም ክኸዱ ዝደልዩ ናይ ገንዘብ ድጋፍ ንኽህቡ ተላብዩም፤ ብኡ ንብኡውን ናይ ገንዘብ አበርክቶ ክዋጻእ ክኢሉ። ነቲ ዕላማ ንምዕዋትውን ካብ በርሜምነግሃም ብዙሓት ሰባት ክኸዱ ምኻኖም ተፈሊጡ አሎ። እቲ ዕላማ ነቶም አብ ኤርትራ ግዳይ ናይ ህግደፍ ዝኾነ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ድምጹ አብ መጋብኣያ ዓለም ንምቅላሕ ኢዩ። ብድህሪ እዚ ንቐጻሊ ከስርሓና ዝኽእል አገባባት ተዘትዩ። አብዚ አጋጣሚ ዝተረኸቡ ኩሎም ዕግበቶም ገሊጾም፤ ብዝኽሪ ሰማእታት ተዛዚሙ።

Eritrean quietness and the disposing of so many victims without trace is a real shame in Eritrea’s history.
For many years, the war for secession from Ethiopia had been described as the “hidden war”, or the “forgotten” war. In reality, however, the real secret was the campaign of terror waged against the civilian population, and the fighters under the Fronts (under ELF & EPLF), which started way before the famous “Red Terror” in Ethiopia under the Derg and continued throughout it duration at meda.
The public in Eritrea has by and large kept silent on this infamous violence of people from the urban areas, dissenters within the organizations and particularly the peasant population. While the Derg authorities were executing significant numbers of people openly, the Eritrean political elite were doing it in secret, and in a sly way without any single record of the poor victims. Strangely, a few of the Eritrean elites in the diaspora who admire the alleged data gathering of the EPLF, such as the Martyrs data base and the census of several years back, forget the glaring data absence on the scores of thousands of the disappeared.

You are a gentle person. I admire your kindness to history. I am referring to two words that you chose to describe the historical ‘amnesia’ of diaspora “Eritrean elites”. The two words are: a) “a few”; and b) “forget”. One would definitely tend to replace them by: a) ‘a lot’; and b) ‘ignored’, respectively.
The atrocities committed not only by EPLF but also by ELF will be remembered by the spirits of the innocent countless souls who sacrificed their precious Life for a noble cause that they thought were fighting for. It was the greatest deception that was ever perpetrated by two opposing forces for their own respective agenda. There is no question that future generation of Eritreans, free from the sordid ghedli era, will dig deeper and deeper to expose the TRUTH of their modern educated ancestors. Eritreans of all walks of Life deserve to know the truth; THE WHOLE TRUTH. THE END
