The thirty years stressful and difficult struggle which cost
us enormous number of lives wasn’t meant for this . Sadly
our people doomed by betrayals to come in such situations .
Unfortunately we observe some with shallow Eritreanism
pride out of arrogance contrary to the feeling of shame of
some open mind nationalists . In deed hard to comprehend .
Unless our people inside the country turn the page for good
People’s obsession with Sahel style political thuggery mind-
set have a long way ahead to mend the country’s social
fabric and to heal the wounds .

    Asena,

I listened to the radio interview with Saed Saleh. It was very disturbing, to say the least. He confirmed without any equivocation that Isaias Afewerqi has been systematically doing away with Eritrean Intellectuals, whom he either he murders them physically, or leaves them as zombies after he killed them psychologically; that his slaughter-houses were the prisons and that the records are metculously white-washed and The Death Squads who committed the murder are subsequently murdered mysteriously.

However, many of the informations Saed Saleh downloaded were not new, but there were times in the interview when Saed Saleh attempted to give his views on the motive of Isaias Afewerqi. He said that Biteweded, one of the prisoners, implicated Meles Zenawi with his arrest and imprisonment. Sadly, you glossed it over, and an extremely important issue of motive was missed. I hope you will deal with it on the next interview session.
