Desbele indicated that what Hailemariam thought to assuage the public concern about the waela and the commission itself was raising more red flag than ever. This statement is just trying to sabotage to the commissioner, Hailemariam, by unwittingly adopting negative attitudes through Desbele’s wrong interpretation of the reality.
