ዘይግድሶ ዋላ ህልም እንተበለት
ኣማዕድዩ ይሪኢ ዓሰብ ናተሸጠት
ተቐኒና ብዙሕ ተኣምር ክንሪኢና
ይቀራረብ እዩ ዘሎ ክሸጣ ሃገርና
መሬትና ንባዕዳውያን ከረክበልና
ንዓና ባራዩ ናይ ዓዕራብ ክገብረና
ኢሰያስ ክፍኣት ጥራዩ ዝሓልመልና
ብግዲ ከም ንገድፋ ንፈትዋ ሃገርና
ንዝተረፍና ብዝደለዮ ዋጋ ክሕርጀና
እንስሳ ምበር ከም ሰብ ስለ ዘይሪአና
ተካል ፍጥረት ብናይ ተንኮል ጅግና
ንፍቶ ንጽላእ ዓኽ ቱፍ ኢሉ ኒዒቑና
ህዝበይ መሬትካ እናተወረ ኣጽቂጥካ
ደቅኻ ከም ከብቲ ናታሓርዱ ሸለልሊካ
ኣብ ሰሃራ ውቂያኖስን ዝተረፉ ረሲዕካ
ቁዋም ተጎሒፉ እናበለካ ትም መሪጽካ
እንታዩ ጥቕሙ ብወረቐት እንተፈከርካ
እነሆ ኸኣ ሕጂ ገንዘብካ ክዝርፍ ነቒሉ
ባንካ ምስ ጎደለት ምስ ሰኣነ ዘቐምጠሉ
ደሞዝ ሰራዊት ጨኒቑዎ ክዘምተካ ነቒሉ
ክንደይ ከም ዘለካ ኸኣ ክፈልጥ ብኡቢሉ
ንዝዎረዶ ሽግሩ ክፈትሖ ካባኻ መንጢሉ
ዓቕሊ ጽበት ወደባት ዓሰብ ምስ ሸጥኩ
ድሕረይ ሳዕሪ ኣይብቆላ ኣነ ምስ ከድኩ
ስረ ዝዓጠቑ ሰብኡት እንካብ ሰኣንኩ
ቅሳነት ዝበሃል የለን ብሂወተይ እንከለኹ
እንኳን ዓሰብ ኩሉ ክሸጦየ መሬት ዓዲ
ኣነ ናይ ሰብ ኣየገደሰንን ብዘይካ ሰልዲ
ኣበየሎቲ ኣነየ በሃላይ ወደባት ወድ ዓዲ
ስረ ስለ ዘየላ ኣሕቂቐኩምየ ብዘይ ፍርዲ
ሕጂ ግን ኮይነ ተሪፈ መስሓቕ ሓላፍ መገዲ

Now we Eritreans are showing we can give for a Company for lease; thus no problem.
But
how to lease? With what CONSTITUTION…..which Baito endorsed it is the question.

Unless the Ethiopians use the port of Assab, any Arab company can use it for nothing with regard to profitable business enterprise. The Arabs may use it to park their war ships but given the history of the scared and gutless Gulf Arabs, a single rocket shot from Yemen’s Shia (not from Ethiopia)will send them packing home with their tail between their clumsy legs.
Issaias the Arab Abeed has been selling Eritreans to Arab Bedouin and Rashaidas, therefore selling ports to the Gulf Arabs is not surprising.

Bravo Kebire, spot on and beautifully explained no matter if the truths really hurt or hard to swallow.
Issayas was shrewd enough to know the psyche of Eritreans and played one against the other all the way from
his first year college failure to the mountain top of his choice. He did it because Eritreans are gullible
and hopelessly EMOTIONAL people, without any sense of rationality.
Whether Eritrea likes it or not, the destiny of Eritrea will be shaped by external forces – as it has always been.
The destiny of Asseb and Massawa is already being shaped and planned by external forces and Nations.

If Eritrean weren’t emotional Tegadalay BITWEDED efforts to
defend properties in Asseb port that the nation had the right
to withhold some properties must not get deaf ears from his compatriots.
About external forces , obviously I can’t argue with that, we
have seen enough of it . And Eritreans by now realized unknown hidden agenda allow us their calculated semi-freedom to enjoy .

The truth is , Eritrean people weren’t lucky enough to own a
government which honor our expectation . Assab port had been
abandoned for over 15 years to see in ruins . And if they find
ways to make the port maintain as important transit hub with
foreign investors , at least Asseb city and it’s residents will
benefit from opportunities created . For a while we believed Assab
can not survive without Ethiopian market deal . But in regard it’s
strategic location Asseb port can take advantage if the right people
in cargo shipments managed the place .
In time of sociopolitical development we are learning something new
that gives hope .
Yemane Barya had vision to sing the song ;
Laloye lalo Wedebat adey yireayeni alo , they are gold mine for the
nation economy with hard working people on the side .
