ኣንቱም ሰባት ክሳብ መዓስ ኢና ባዕልና ኣብ ዝፈጠርናዮ ሓሳብ ተሓቢእና ክንነብር፧ ንዑባ ሎምስ ምስ ነብስና ንተዓረቕ፥፥ ቅድሚ ዝኣገረ ምስ ነብስና ዕርቂ ንግበር፥ ንገዛእ ርእስና ካብቲ ባዕልና ዝነደቕናዮ ኳና ሓሳባት ወጺእና ምስቲ ሓቀኛ ኵውንነት ንራጸም እሞ

ኣንቱም ሰባት ክሳብ መዓስ ኢና ባዕልና ኣብ ዝፈጠርናዮ ሓሳብ ተሓቢእና ክንነብር፧ ንዑባ ሎምስ ምስ ነብስና ንተዓረቕ፥፥ ቅድሚ ዝኣገረ ምስ ነብስና ዕርቂ ንግበር፥ ንገዛእ ርእስና ካብቲ ባዕልና ዝነደቕናዮ ኳና ሓሳባት ወጺእና ምስቲ ሓቀኛ ኵውንነት ንራጸም እሞ ንዕኡ መኪትና ነብስና ካብ ሃለውሳ ሓራ ነውጽእ፥ ብድሕሪኡ ንህዝብና ሓራ ከነውጽእ፥፥ ቅድም ቀዳድም ንነብስና ባዕልና ተቓላሳይ ዝብል ስም ኣጠሚቕና ባዕልና ኣብ ዝፈጠርናዮ ስም ከይተዛነና እቲ ዝግበኣና ዕማማ ንዕመም ብዘረባን ብ ኩምራ ናይ ቃላትን ዝእለ ውልቀመላኺ የልቦን፥፥ እቲ ምዝራብሲ ንሳቶምውን ሰናፋት ኣይኮኑን እኳደኣ ምኩራት፥፥

        ጉዳም እኮ እዩ ናይ ሎምዘበን: ቀታሊ ዘይደቀሰስ ተቐታሊ ዝድቅሰሉን ዝዛነየሉን ዘመን ግርንቢጥ ዝኾነ ዘመን፥፥ ከመይ እዩ ግን ንነብስኻ ተቓላሳይ ዝብል ሰፍ ዘይብል ስም ኣጠሚቕካስ  ሸናዕ፥ እንድዒ ኸኣ እቲ ተዛረብ እንዳተባህለ ዝዝረብ፥ ቃልሲ እንተኾይኑ ናይ ትርጉም ምዝንባዕ ሃስዩና ኣሎ፥፥ እቲምንታይሲ ፣ እቲ ተመን ኣብ እግርኻ በትሪ ድማ ኣብ ኢድካ፣ እንዳተበሃልካ ጥወ በትሪ ይሓይሽ ኣይፋል ስላዕ´ባ ምባልሲ እንታይ እዩ ጣቋኡ ወዮ ተመን ሓደገኛነቱ ኣይሰሓትናዮን ንሕና ክሳብ እነማርጽ ዘዳሉ ፍጥረት ኣይኮነን፥፥እቲ ዝኸፍአ ንባዕልኻ ኣብ ዝፈጠርካዮ ኳና ተሸጒጥካ ከይኣክል ድማ ንኽልኦት  መገዲ ቃልሲ ነኽየለልዩ ምስንኻል ፥ ሰለማዊ ጸላኢ ከምዘሎካ ወርትግ  ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ ኣብ ዝብል ኳና ከምዝሕብኡን ከምዝዛነዩን ምግባር ሕሉፍ ሓሊፉ ድማ ነቶም ደም ጢዕምዎም ጎነጽ ዝፍትኑ ድማ ሓላይ መሲልካ ከም ዝጃጅዉ ምግባር፥፥ መቸም ነዚ ናይዚ ዘመን መውጽኢ ኣፍ ኮይኑ ዘሎ 03 ወይ ድማ ሰብ ጌርና ቃልስና ከምቲ ዝድለ ኣይሰጎመን ወ ዘ ተ ዝብሉ ቃላት ምሉእ ብምሉእ ኣይድግፎን እየ ቅድሚ ንኽልኦት ምጥቃንን ምጥርጥርን ምስ ነብስና ንተዓረቕ ናይ ሓቂ ሓለይቲ ህዝቢ አንተኾንና ሃየ እቲ መገዲ ራህዋ ኣይጠፍኣናን ብሓቂ ምስ ነብስና ዕርቂ እንተኣዊጅና እቲ ሕልናና ዝብሎ ከነተግብሮ ኣይከጸግመናን እዩ ናብራ´ውን ኣይክጎተናን እዩ ንሕና ከም ህዝቢ ታሪኽ ካልኦት ሰውራ ምውካስ ከማን ኣየድልየናን እዩ ትማል ትማል የሕዋትና፣ ኣሓትና፣ኣያታትና ንብረቶም፣ሓዳሮም፣ ትምህርቶም፣መርዑቶም ኣብ ንእዲ ሕጽኖት ጠንጢኖም ፣ ጽሙዳት ኣብዑር ገዲፎም ንሜዳ ከምዝወረዱ ምንጋር ዘየድልዮ ኩላትና እንፈልጦ ሓቂ እዩ። እንታይ እዩ ነይሩ ግዲ እቲ ምስጢር ንድሕሪት ዘየጠምት ምስጢር፣ ንፍርሒ ሞት ዝሰዓረ ምስጢር፣ ግርህነትን ክቱር ፍቕሪ ሃገርን ህዝብን ዶ´ይኮነን፣ ስለዚ ኣብዚ እዋን እንተስ በቲ ጓና ስርዓት እንተስ ብስንፍናና ዘጥፋእናዮ ክቡር ዑንቂ እንተሃልዩ እዚ ባህሊ እዚ እዩ። እዚ ድማ ካብ ውልቂ ዝጅመር መስርሕ እዩ። ኣብ ፓልቶልክ፣ኣብ ዲያስፖራ ኾንካ ኣብ ዓመት ክልተ ሰለስተ ሰለማዊ ሰልፊ ብምክያድ ንዓወት ብዋጋ ናይ ካልኦት ምጽባይ ያዕ ንበሎ። ልምዲ ሓያል እዩ ብቐሊልውን ኣይገድፍን እዩ ግን ፈቲና ጸሊእና ነዚ ሓቂ ንውሓጦ´ሞ ዝሓሸ መገዲ ንቐልስ፣ ኣብ ገዛእ ርእስና ንእመን፣ ወደሳ ኣይንጸበ፣ ንሕልናና ዘዕግብ ስራሕ ንስራሕ።ሓደው ንጉየ ሓደው ንዘጎዩ ከይንዕንቅፍ መገዲ ንግደፍ። ከምቲ ኣበው ክምስሉ ´´ ዝግ ድሕሪ ዋንጫ ዝብልዎ” ዝግ ኢልና ነብስና ንገምግም ቅድሚ ንካልኦት ምግምጋምና። እዚ ክብል እንከለኹ ግን ሽግርና ግዜ ከምዘይህብ ኣይዘንጋዕኩን: የግዳስ ካብ ጉይይ ምውዓል ክሳድ ምሓዝ ስለ ዝኾነ ኣድማዒ ስራሕ ክንሰርሕ ምእንቲ እቲ ዝሓሸ መገዲ  ፈሊጥና ድማ እቲ ቅኑዕ ውሳኔ ብምውሳን ሃየ ንበገስ። ጽሑፈይ ቅድሚ ምዝዛም ግን ነዚ ክጽሕፍ ዝደረኸኒ ንምስትንታን ዚኣክል ክዝርዝር፦

*ኩሉ´ዚ ኣብ ቃልሲ ዘሎ ናብ ስደት(ኣውሮጳ ኣሜሪካ) ክቃለስ ዘይኮነ ንዝሓሸ ናብራ ኢሉ እዩ መጺኡ ኮይኑ ግን ናይ ኣቦ ንመን ንሃቦ ከምዝበሃል እታ ናትና እንብላ ርስትና ናትና እንብሎ ህዝብና ንመን ንሃቦ ንሱ ከይቀሰነ  ምሉእ ቅሳነት ስለዘይኮነልና ብዓቕሙ ብዝተፈላለየ መገዲ ተቓውሞኡ ክገልጽ ጸኒሑን ይገልጽ ኣሎን  ግን ከ ኣብ ባይታ ዝመጸ ለውጢ ኣሎ´ዶ ፧ መልሲ ነዓኹም ይገድፎ

*ነዚ ስርዓት ሽዓ ኢሎም ዝፈለጥዎ እሞ ዝተቓወሙዎ ገናውን ብህይወት ካብ ዘለዉ በዚ ዘሎ ኣገባብ ( ብዘረባን ምሕንሓንን፣ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍን)ጥራይ 30 ዓመታት ወሲድሎም በዚ ኣገባብ እንተቐጺልናኸ መጻኢና እንታይ እዩ ክኸውን፧

*ኣብ ቦታ እቶም ኣብ ጎዳጉዲ ዝሓቁ ዘለዉ ኴንናኸ ካብዚ ኣብ ድያስፖራ ዝነብር እንታይ ምተጸበና፧

*ትማል ኣብ እዋን ሰውራና እቲ ኣብ ሜዳ ዝነበረ እዩ መሪሕ ተራ ዝጻወት ዝነበረ ማለት ንሱ ብዚኣመነሉ ኣገባብ ገይሩ ንህዝቢ ኣብ ውሽጢ ኮነ ኣብ ስደት ዝውድብ ዝነበረ እንተ ሎሚ ግን እዚ ኣብ ድያስፖራ ዘሎ ወሳኒ ክኸውን ይረአ ብሓቂ ሚዛናዊ ድዩ፧ ናብራና እንዳገበርና ደቅና እንዳምሃርናን እንዳዕበናን ተጠርነፍ ተኣከብ ክንብሎ ንሕና ዲና ሓይልና ዋላስ ንሱ እዩ ደኺሙ፧

*እዚ ቃልሲ ኣንጻር ውልቀምልኪ ክቡር ዋጋ ማለት ክሳብ እታ ዝኸበረት ህይወትና ከምዝሓትት ኩላትና ኣይንስሕቶን በዚ መንጽር ከ ንነብስና ከመይ ነዳልዋ፧ ምኽንያቱ ትማል ትማል ድሕሪት ዝገደፍናዮ ከይዘከርና ናብቲ ኣብ ቅድሜና ዝነበረ ሓዊ ጠኒንና ከምዚኣቶና ሎሚኸ እቲ ትብዓት´ቲ ኣብ ቦትኡ ኣሎ ዶ፧

*ክሳብ ክንደይ ኢናኸ ነቲ እንብሎ ሓሲብና እንብሎ፧ ኣብ ባይታ፣(action) ኣብ ባይታ፣ ክንብል ከሎና ብነብስና ዲና እንዛረብ ወይስ ብ ዋጋ ህይወት ናይ ደቂ ገርሂ ልባ፧

* ጌጋኻ ክትእርም ምእንቲ ጌጋኻ ዝነግረካ ድዩ እቲ ቅኑዕ ወይስ ጌጋኻ ኩሓሒሉ ናይ ሎሚ ድኻምካ ዘይኮነስ ብናይ ትማል ኣወንታዊ ጎድንኻ ዝውድሰካ፧ ከምቶም ን ንጉስ ነቡከድነጻር (ናይ እስራኤል) ዘጋገይዎ ናይ ሓሶት ነብያት ከም ኣብነት እንተወሲድና፥ በቲ ግዜ`ቲ ነቲ ሓቀኛ ነብዮ (ኤርምያስ) ብምእሳርን ሓቂ ከይዛረብ ብምኽልካልን ሰናይ ንዘየሎ ሰናይ እንዳበሉ ንንጉስ ኣብ ሃለውሳ የንብሩዎ ነይሮም መወዳእታኡ ድማ ተለኻኺሞም ጠፊኦም። ካብዚ ኸምዚ ይሰውረና፥ እዚ ነገር እዚ ንምንታይ እየ ኣምጺአዮ ብልክዕ ኣብ ጉዕዞናውን ይርኣይ ብምህላዉ እየ፥ ሓቂ ዝተዛረበ ሰብ ካብ ባይቶ ይድስክል፥ ካብ ኣባልነት ይርፈት፥ ካብ ፓልቶልክ ይስጎግ (bounce )ይኸውን::

*ሎሚ ሕማቕ ናይ ህግደፍ ዘይፈልጥ ሰብ ኣሎ ኢለ ኣይ ኣምንን እየ ካብቲ ነዓና ኣጋጢሙና ዝፈለጥናዮ ግፍዖም ንላዕሊ፥ ካብ ምምስራቶም ኣትሒዙ ዝነበረ እከይ መጋብሮም ብዙሓት ሰብ ሕልና ተዛሪቦም ኣፍሊጦምና እዮም ስለዚ ሎሚ ተዛረብ እንዳበልካ ኣብ ፓልቶልክ ካብ ምልፍላፍ ነዚ ንምኽታም እቲ ሕልናና ዝብለና ብዘይ ነግ ፈረግ ነተግብሮ።

*ኣብ ባይታ፥ እንዳበልና ኣብ ኣፍንጫና ድላዮም እንዳገበሩ ካብ ምጽራፍ ሓሊፍና ዝገበርናዮ እንታይ ተግባር ኣሎ፧  እዚ ዶ ኣይኮነን እቲ ሓቂ፧ ብሓቂ ተግባር ን ኣምን እንተዄንና ደድሕሪ የማነ ማንኪ ተኸቲልና ካብ ምጽራፍን ምፍካርን ንምንታይ ኣብታ ሰዓት ስጉምቲ ዘይወሰድና እንታይ እዩ ሒዙና እንተተኣሰርና እንኸስሮ ስራሕ፣ ሓዳርና፣ ኪኖ ቤትማእሰርቲ ዘሎ ንፋስ ኣዱንያ፧ ኣብ ባይታ ማለት እኮ ብማይ ኣገጫጫብ ኣይኮነን ኪኖ እዚ ኹሉ ዝተዘርዘረ እታ ዝከበረት ህይወት እዩ ዝሓትት፥፥

ሓሳበይ ንምጥርናፍ ሎሚ ብሓቂ መከራ ህዝብና ከነሕጽር ድልየት እንተሃልዩና ካብ ነብስና ንጀምር ንነብስና ብቅንዕና ንወድባ ድልውቲ ንግበራ ምኽንያቱ ትማል ኣብ ዝነበረ ቃልሲ ካብቲ ኣብ ሜዳ ዝተገብረ ጅግንነት ብዘይፍለ ኣብ ውሽጢ ጸላኢ ኣትዮም ብዙሕ ኣገዳሲ ታሪኽ ከምዝሰርሑ ምዝካር እኹል ይመስለኒ ስለዚ ነቲ ስርሒት ድማ እንተበዝሑ 5-10 እዮም ዝፍጽምዎ ዝነበሩ እቲ ዝበዝሕ ኸማን ብውልቂ እዩ ተፈጺሙ ስለዚ እዚ ካብ ኮነ እቲ ሓቂ ውድባት ውድባት ከይበልና ብዙሕ ክንገብሮ እንኽእል ስለዘሎ ሃየ መድረኽ ካብ ማንም ግዜ ንላዕሊ ይጠልብና ኣሎ፥፥ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ዝጥቀመሉ ሜላ ኩልና ከምእንፈልጦ ፍርሒ እዩ እዞም ንሕና ንሱ ብፍርሒ ዘገልግልዎ ባሮት እዮም ስልዚ ንእሾኽ ብእሾኽ እዩ ንገሩ እሞ ንሕና ስጉምቲ ምውሳድ ምስእንጅምር ኩላ ጥሪት እግራን ኢዳን ከምእትእክብ ርጉጽ እዩ ምኽንያቱ ፈተውቲ ነብሶም ስለዝኾኑ፥፥ ስለዚ ሃየ ቃልሲ ብተግባር ካብ ውልቂ ይጀመር፥፥ ወደሓንኩም

    To those who glorify Ethiopia ..
    1. From the day they entered Addis, the Weyane are in control of everything. Other members of the ruling coalition have a good roles to play, but only within the limits defined by Tigreyans.
    2. Ethnic Federalism they put in place is a lot better than previous systems, but there are also severe problems they have not been able to solve till now. Some Kills are controlled from center very indirectly, as there are very little resources allocated to them. They complain of being neglected.
    3. In some parts of the country there is a war going on (among the dissatisfied groups are the Somalis, Oromo, Amharas, and some Afars).
    4. The economy is doing well, but it’s still largely controlled by Weyane (a lot of money is given to party members secretly to open business everywhere), exactly like their Shabia counterparts in Eritrea).
    5. The so-called Anti-terrorist laws are a tool in the hands of Weyane to silence media and politicians from Amhara background (you can get 18 years in jail for criticizing the governments on the net).
    6. Politically, the Weyanes have managed to forge alliances with different groups in the country, which gives them ample space to outsmart the opposition or crash them when they appear to be winning, specially where Western donors cannot verify. The country is one the biggest journalist jailers like Eritrea.
    7. Ethiopia like many African countries still risks drastic changes in governance when those who control the center cannot continue to do so, for one reason or another. The Amhara based opposition, in particular those outside the country, would like to see the Federal system scrapped immediately, whenever they get the chance to rule again.
    8. Ethiopia has done good progress in many areas and economic condition of those living in rural areas seem to be improving gradually. But as long as many Ethiopians feel their share of what the country offers is little or have no better option at the moment other than to use the small breathing space given to them by Weyane in the long run the country is at risk.
    9. The political system in Ethiopia (by African standards) is a lot better than many of it’s neighbors, but seeds of future crisis are already there for everyone to see. Transition to democracy is not going to be easy. It’s a mild police state.
    10. We Eritreans should know that, we and Tigreyans have a lot more in common. We should work hard to normalize relations with them. Weyanes are bad as Higdef (politically speaking) but we cannot choose our neighbors. It’s in the interest of both Eritrea and Tigray to demarcated the border, make peace and build bridges to join hands to fight our common enemy together: poverty.
    If the Weyanes think they will continue to control from Addis for two more decades or so without being challenged, they have not done their calculations well. The moment they relax the grip, Ethiopia will face dramatic changes. Hence, their interest is with the people of Eritrea and the democratic forces that are fighting for change.

      Dear Kalighe,
      Its kind sad that we are more concerned and waste most of our times worrying about a nation that is 20 times larger than we are and endowed with abundant natural resources but best of all,a nation where the rule of law prevails when we have our little Eritrea that has become a nightmare to the region in general and to its own people that fought so hard to be free in particular.The magnitude of the atrocities that have been committed in our little land against our poor people in the last 22 years can ONLY and ONLY be compared to that of Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge rule(1975-1979)
      We should be worried and more concerned about the motherland we all love that is falling apart and dying slowly in the hands of yesteryear’s tegadeltti and today’s shefatu.We should spend our valuble time on how to save our youth that are vanishing in the deserts,deep sea,African prisons and in the hands of Bedouins.We are too little and too insignificant to be compared with Ethiopia.Speaking of border demarcation,I think its stupid to be obsessed and argue about demarcation when we have a nation that can’t survive without the cooperation of Ethiopia.If truth is to be told,Eritrea is a nation that can’t stand on its feet and with no viable economy to live on and neither Djibouti.Our colonizers,the Italians and later the British knew it and that was why the Italians renounced their claim officially in 1947. It makes me sad and sick that even our stupid educated ones failed to understand that we still had to turn to Ethiopia to make use of our stupid ports to survive after we fought them tooth and nail.I am not saying that the previous Ethiopian repressive regimes shouldn’t be fought but they should have been fought to be replaced with a democratic ones.The end always justified the means though,after the end of our 50 years madness,neither freedom nor a nation with a viable economy achieved but a nation that is totally left to the mercy of a lunatic man with all kinds of power under the sun.I regret to be part of a generation that applauded the flawed,unrealistic and fake revolution that we call “gedlli” that has become the source of all the miseries,agonies and sufferings of our people and always will.

    Everyone is talking about different versions of the short Ghedli “history” that turned Eritreans into “wefri barnet” as Adhanom called it. There may have been many Eritreans who fought and died in the name of Ghedli but at the end of the day, right now in AD 2013, we are worse off than where we were under mengistu hailemariam. Though Mengistu was bloody oppressive, the Jebha-Shaebia mafia gangs make Mengistu look “human”.

    this is not a place to discuss “their” history, since you asked.
    Get this:

    A certain ismail Omer-ali writes in awate site with a title, “Yosief’s circular journey in search of Ethiopia”

    And a reader responds with tongue in cheek:

    “The proper title of the article should have been:

    ‘Ghedli’s Circular Journey In Search of Arabs’

    Aren’t we, the Eritrean Ghedli and Sewra romatics, who are burning Eritrea’s indigenous languages to talk, walk, and fake to pretend like our Arab masters whom the Arabs really do not respect us?”

    There is Ethiopia in Eritrea, as there is Eritrea in Ethiopia because the Tigrinias of Ethiopia are in Eritrea as there are the Afars, Sahos, Kunama, Bilen, Saho and the Tigre, a derivation of Geeze, all other forms of beliefs, the Kushtic, Semetic and Nilotic linguistic group distributions in both nations. Simply, Eritrea is microcosm of Ethiopia.
    YG does not need to search for Ethiopia in Eritrea because it is already there.
    The proper question should have been – why is Ghedli and some of its Romantics trying to search the Arab in Eritrea? While it is obvious there are no Arabs in Eritrea, except few hundreds of Rashaydas who had never seen themselves, to this day, as “Eritreans”.     Still the likes of Ismail omar-ali and the Jebha left overs are fighting against Issaias Afewerki regime only to search, in this case, to create an “Arab people” out of Eritrea.

    History repeated itself again 28 years later after the second organizational conference of the ELF/Jebha in 1975. Educational books, which were prepared in the Tigré language by teachers at the Sawa training center, were ordered to be burned by the Executive Committee, citing the reason that it was a conspiracy directed against the status and prominence of the Arabic language in Eritrea. The leadership of the ELF gave orders not to prepare any more educational texts in the Tigré language henceforth.

    As far as I am concerned most Eritreans who oppose the regime are afraid to og out for a demo. This means they are still afraid of the regime even if they are living in a far away and a democratic land. So, as Our Brother said we must first be free to free others.     Elabbas Benmamoun (2007) argues that “issues of language and identity usually arise when more than one language competes for space, be it cultural, political, educational, or economic.” However, this statement presupposes the existence, somewhere in the world, of a place, a space, a country where there exists only one pure language, without any varieties, any dialects, etc. One could easily think of Orwell’s Oceania as such a place. But in the real world such a place simply does not and cannot exist. Yet, what we can still draw from this quotation is that the adoption of any language as official or standard can only presuppose the exclusion of others, in addition to giving the chosen ones political legitimacy and prestige, while excluding, alienating and marginalizing others. The very choice of a language, any language, as official and/or standard can only be at the detriment of others.
    Even Tigrinya will perish. It will not be able to withstand or compete with the onslaught from the Arab media (music, film, television) Wahabbi influence , Arab Tourism and Attitudes towards Africans.

      I agree with you, it is not a secrete whose agenda it is to promote alien language in Eritrea like Arabic by burning other Eritrean languages such as Tigre as the Arabized self appointed “elite” language police in Jebha did.

        I am kind of curious why Zola and ማሊሻ keep talking about language issues while the country is burning to ground.
        Why do you use English while criticizing Arabic. What is the purpose of any language – to communicate with each other.
        Say if Muslim Eritreans chose Arabic over their language, they have the right to do so. They are not telling you to do the same.
        So, I really don’t see any issue here. Stop whining about everything.

    Anyone has a right to use any language to communicate, I have no problem if you use Mongolian let alone Arabic, a language across from the Red Sea. The question is that you have no right to push any alien language in Eritrea as a Legal Language of the land by burning Eritrean languages.
