ሓጺር ኣስተምህሮ ብዛዕባ ጸላኢ ብ ኣማኑአል ሳህለ ንጸላኢኻ ብኹልንተናኡ ምፍላጥን ምግምጋምን፡ ጸኒሑ ኣብ ምብዳሁን ምምካቱን ኪጠቕመካ ይኽእል። ዘይትፈልጦ ምስ እትኸውን ግን፡ ብግቡእ ክትምክቶ ስለ ዘይትኽእል፡ ሓደጋ ከስዕበልካ ይኽእል። ምስ ዘይትፈልጦ ወይ ኣጸቢቕካ ዘይገምገምካዮ ጸላኢ ምቅላስ ማለት፡ ከምቲ

ብ ኣማኑአል ሳህለ

ንጸላኢኻ ብኹልንተናኡ ምፍላጥን ምግምጋምን፡ ጸኒሑ ኣብ ምብዳሁን ምምካቱን ኪጠቕመካ ይኽእል። ዘይትፈልጦ ምስ እትኸውን ግን፡ ብግቡእ ክትምክቶ ስለ ዘይትኽእል፡ ሓደጋ ከስዕበልካ ይኽእል። ምስ ዘይትፈልጦ ወይ ኣጸቢቕካ ዘይገምገምካዮ ጸላኢ ምቅላስ ማለት፡ ከምቲ ሓንቲ ዕውርቲ ኣንጭዋ ምስ ሓንቲ ነግራም ድሙ ክትገጥም ከላ ማለት እዩ። ፈንጠርጠር ኣንጭዋ ግን ነዊሕ ከይጸንሐ ስለ ዚድምደም፡ ድራር ድሙ ኮይና እያ እትተርፍ።

ምስ መን ትቃለስ ከም ዘሎኻ ኣስተብህል። ቃልስኻ ምስ ጽላሎትካ ወይ ምስ ነብስኻ ወይ ምስ ዘየሎ ጸላኢ ከይከውን ተጠንቀቕ። ምስቲ ባዕልኻ ዝመዘንካዮ ዘይኮነስ ምስቲ ንዓቕምታቱ ብወረን ብጌጋን ዝገምገምካዮ ጸላኢ ከይትገጥም ሕሰብ። ስለምንታይ ኢኻ ንጸላኢኻ ገና ብዕምቖት ከይገምገምካዮ ከሎኻ፡ ድኹም እዩ፡ ሓያል እዩ፡ ውሑድ እዩ፡ ብዙሕ እዩ እናበልካ ኣብ ጸገም እትኣቱ? ምስ ገጠምካዮ ከምቲ ዝሓሰብካዮ ኮይኑ ስለ ዘይጸንሓካ፡ ምስናፍካ ኣይተርፍን። መዓልቱ እዩ፡ ዕድለይ እዩ ወይ ጽሕፍቶይ እዩ ምባልካ ዋጋ የብሉን። ድኽመትካ ንምሽፋን ዚወሃብ ምኽንያታት ብዙሕ እዩ። እቲ ድኽመት ግን ኣብ ጉድለት ሓይልኻ ዘይኮነስ ኣብቲ ዋሕዲ ሓበሬታኻ እዩ ተሰሪቱ ዘሎ።

መራሒና ሓደ እዋን ንወያነ ኣመልኪቱ፡ ጎረወይና፡ ድኹማት፡ ሃመማ ወዘተ እዮም፡ ከምዚ እዮም፡ ከምቲ እዮም እናበለ ይዛረብ ነይሩ። ንጸላኢኻ ምንዓቕ፡ ንሽንፈት መገዲ እዩ ዚጸርገሉ።

ብተመሳሳሊ መገዲ፡ ደርጊ ምስ ተጋደልቲ ኪገጥሙ ኸለዉ ዘዘውትሩዎ ዝነበሩ ግጉይ ናይ ጸላኢ ግምገማ ኣብ ውድቀት እዩ ኣብጺሑዎም። ብኣጻብዕ ዚቝጸሩ ወንበዴ ……. ብገመድ ኣሲርኩም ኣምጽኡዎም ….. ወዘተ ብምባል የሽካዕልሉ ነይሮም። ኣብ ሜዳ እንቋዕ ብደሓን መጻእኩም ኢሎም እተቐበሉዎም ግን ብኣጻብዕ ዚቝጸሩ ወንበዴታት ዘይኮኑስ፡ ዕላማን ራእይን ዝነበሮምን፡ ከቢድ መሳርያታት እተዓጥቁን ቦጦሎኒታትን ብሪጌዳትን እዮም ነይሮም። ጸላእቲ ግን ነቲ ኪኣስሩሉ እተማልኡዎ ገመድ መብዛሕትኦም ተሓኒቖሙሉ እዮም።

እቶም ጸላእትኻ ገረወይና ወይ ሃመማ እንተ ኾይኖም፡ ወይ ከኣ ብገመድ ተኣሲሮም ዚመጹን ብኣጻብዕ ዝቝጸሩን ወንበዴታት እንተ ኾይኖም ደኣ፡ ምስ ሰዓርካዮም ከመይ ጌርካ ከም ጅግና ክትቝጸር ትኽእል? ኣይትኽእልን፡ ምኽንያቱ ድማ ምስ ሃመማን ምስቶም ብኣጻብዕ ዚቝጸሩ ወንበዴታትን ምግጣም ብዙሕ ስልትን ጅግንነትን መስዋእትን ዚሓትት ኣይኮነን።

ኣብ ኣስመራ፡ ኣብ ሚኒስትሪ ዜና ክሰርሕ ከሎኹ፡ መስዋእቲ ዋጋ ሓርነት እትብል ዓምዲ ነይራ። ኣብኡ ዚቐርብ ዝነበረ ጽሑፋት ሓድሓደ ግዜ ነቶም ሰራዊት ደርጊ ብፍጹም ከም ዘይረብሑ ወይ ኣመት ኣገባብ ውግእ ከም ዘይነበሮም ገይሩ ይገልጾም ነይሩ። ከም ድላይካ ትቐትሎም፡ ትማርኾም፡ ትርሽኖም፡ ተጓዪዮም ወዘተ። ነዚ እተመልከተ ሓደ ተጋዳላይ፡ ዋእ፡ ኣንታ ምስ መን ዲና ንዋጋእ ኔርና። ነዞም ከምዚኦም ዝበሉ ድኹማትን ድሁላትን ወትሃደራት ምስዓር ደኣ ከመይ ገይሩ ጀጋኑ ከብለና ይኽእል፡ ዚብል ርእይቶ ኣቕሪቡ ነይሩ። ግን ብዙሓት በቲ ርእይቶኡ ኣይተሓጎሱን።

ከምዚ ክብል ከሎኹ፡ ወላ ኣብቲ ውግእ ስዒርካ እንተ ነበርካ፡ ነቲ ጸላኢ ናቱ ምሃቡ እውን ኣድላዪ እዩ ማለተይ እየ። ንጸላኢ ዝሰዓርካሉ ምኽንያት ብኸፊል ኣብ ቅኑዕ ግምገማ እተመስረተ ይኹን እምበር፡ ድሕሪ ዓወትካ ነቲ እተሳዕረ ጸላኢ ቀጻሊ ከም ድኹም ጌርካ ምርኣዩ፡ ኣብቲ ብገለ ምኽንያት ዚካየድ ዳግማይ ግጥም ኪጎድኣካ ይኽእል እዩ። ንጸላኢኻ ምንሻው ኣብ ኩሉ ዓለም ዚዝውተር ታክቲክ እዩ። ግን ናይ ጸላኢ ዓቕሚ ንኸይትግምግም ዓይንኻ ዚሽፍነካ ስለ ዝኾነ፡ ከም ስነልቦናዊ ስልቲ እምበር፡ ከም ናይ ውግእ ስልቲ ኮይኑ ኪዝውተር ኣይግባእን።

እምበኣር፡ ነዚ ግጉይ ኣረኣእያዚ ምስቲ ኣብ ሃገርና ዘሎ ኩነታት ኣገናዚብና ድማ ክንርእዮ ንፈትን። እቲ ምስ ህግደፋውያን እነካይዶ ዘሎና ኵናት፡ ብረታዊ እኳ እንተ ዘይኮነ፡ ስነልቦናውን ንቕሓታውን ኵናት እዩ፡ ካብቲ ኣብ ሜዳ ዚካየድ ዝነበረ ኵናት ድማ ብባህርያቱ ብዙሕ ዚፍለ ኣይኮነን።

እቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ስርዓት፡ ሓያልን ቆራጽን ተጣባብን፡ ሰባት ከእምንን ከሰልፍን ዚኽእል ሜላታት ዚጥቀም፡ ልዑል ናይ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ስልትን ኣውታርን  ዚውንን፡ ልዑል ናይ ወርቅን ናይ ዶላራትን ናይ ዘይንቀሳቐስ ንብረትን ሃብቲ ዘለዎ፡ ናይ ዓለም ወቐሳን ማዕዳን ድምብርጽ ከይበሎ ዚጎዓዝ፡ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ትርጉም ዘይህቦ፡ ደሞክራሲ ኣብ ካልእ ዓለማት ጥራይ ከም ዚዝውተር ገይሩ ዚሓስብ፡ ከከም ኣድላዪነቱ ኪመሓዞን ኪጻላእን ዚኽእል፡ ሚልዮናት ዶላራት ኣብ ጸጥታን ሓለዋን ዘጥፍእ፡ ከም ነፋሒቶ ዚለዋወጥ፡ ነዊሕን መርዛምን ኣእዳው ዘለዎ፡ ኪጥዕሞ መንግስቲ ኪጽግሞ ማፍያ ዚኸውን፡ ከም ጎማ ኪምጠጥን ኪጭበጥን ተኽእሎ ዘለዎ፡ ሓደገኛ ሓይሊ ምዃኑ ከይፈለጥካ ክትቃለሶ ምፍታን፡ ምስቲ እታ ዓቕሚ ድሙ እተሰወራ ዕውርቲ ኣንጭዋ፡ ምስ ነግራም ድሙ ዘካየደቶ ግጥም ኪመሳሰል ይኽእል። ድራር ዲክታቶር ዄንካ ኢኻ እትተርፍ። ናይ ኣቦታትና ናብ ጣልያን ዝቐንዐ ትዕዝብቲ፡ ንህግደፋውያን ኣጸቢቑ እዩ ዚምልከቶም፥ ጻዕዳ ተመን እንተ ነኺሱ፡ ደላሊኻ ነይርከብ ፈውሱ።

እዚ ስርዓትዚ ነቲ ዝናኡን ዕቤቱን ኣብቲ ኣእምሮን ልብን ህዝቢ ሰሪቱዎ እዩ። ኪስርቶ ዝኸኣለ ድማ፡ ከም ውድብ ኮይኑ ናጽነት ብምምጻእ፡ ንኤርትራ ከም ናጻን ልዑላዊትን ሃገር ከም እትፍለጥ ብምግባሩ፡ ነቲ ርእሱ ኣድኒኑ ዝኸይድ ዝነበረ ህዝቢ ብተዛማዲ መገዲ ርእሱ ከም ዜልዕል ብምግባሩ፡ ጅግንነት ኤርትራዊ ብምምስካሩ፡ ብገለ ሸነኻቱ ንባህልታት ሃገር ብምዕቃቡ ወዘተ። እዚ ድማ ኣብ ጕዕዞ ኤርትራ መወዳድርቲ ዘይብሉ ታሪኻዊ ፍጻመ እዩ። ኤርትራዊ ንዘመናት ዝሓልሞ ዝነበረ ሕልሚ፡ በቲ ውድብ እዩ ጋህዲ ዝኾነ። ይኹንምበር፡ ሽሕኳ እቲ ውድብ ኣብ መወዳእታ ብህግደፋውያን እንተ ተተከአ፡ ናይ ስምን ፖለቲካን ኣጀንዳን ፕሊሲታትን ምልውዋጥ ነቲ መወዳድርቲ ዘይብሉ ታሪኻዊ ኣበርክቶ ብምንም መገዲ ኪሓኮ ወይ ኪስርዞ ኣይክእልን።

ብወገን እቲ ጸላኢ ተባሂሉ ተመዲቡ ዘሎ ሓይሊ ግምገማና ካብ ኣቐመጥና፡ ብወገን እቲ ተቓላሲ ሓይሊኸ እንታይ ክንብል ንኽእል?

ሓደ እዋን መራሒ ኤርትራ ኣብ ተለቪዥን ቀሪቡ ነቲ እተዳለወሉ ሕቶታት ይምልሽ ነበረ። ኣብ መንጎ፡ ብዛዕባ ተቓወምቲ ሓይልታት ሕቶ ቀሪቡሉ።  የለዉን ብምባል እዩ ዝመለሸ ቁልቁል ንኣፉ። ተቓወምቲ ውድባት ከም ዘለዉ ጠፊኡዎ ኣይኮነን፡ ግን ምንም ዚገብሩዎ ነገር የብሎምን ማለቱ እዩ። ከመይሲ ተቓወምቲ ሓይልታት ከምቲ ናቱ ወርቅን ዶላራትን የብሎምን፡ ከምቲ ናቱ ናይ ቆራጽነትን ትርን ባህርያት ኣየጥረዩን፡ ከምቲ ናቱ ጭካነን ኣረምነትን ኣይተዓደሉን፡ ከምቲ ናቱ ተባላሓትነትን ንሰብ ኣእሚኑ ኪውድብን ከሰልፍን ዚኽእል ሜላታት ኪጥቀሙ ኣይረኣየን፡ ከምቲ ናቱ ናይ ፕሮፓጋንዳ ስልትን ኣውታርን ኣየማዕበሉን።

ኣብ ልዕልዚ፡ እቲ ስርዓት ወይ መሪሕነት፡ ተቓወምቲ ኪገብሩዎ ዘይደልዩ ንጥፈታትን፡ ኪወርሱዎ ዘይደልዩ ባህርያትን ኣለዎ። ተቓወምቲ፡ ከም ማፍያ ኮይኖም ኪነጥፉ ኣይደልዩን እዮም። ተቓወምቲ፡ ገንዘቦም ኣብ ጸጥታን ሓለዋን ከጥፍኡዎ ኣይመርጹን፡ ከም ነፋሒቶ ኪለዋወጡ ኣይደልዩን፡ ናይ ዓለም ወቐሳን ማዕዳን ሸለል ኪብሉዎ ኣይደፍሩን፡ ንደሞክራስን ንመሰላት ወድሰብን ምሕላው ካብዚ ዓለምና ወጻኢ ኣብ ዝኾና ፕላነታት ኢዩ ዚዝውተር ኢሎም እውን ኣይሓስቡን። እዚ ድማ ጽቡቕ እዩ።

ይኹንምበር፡ ተቓወምቲ፡ ነቲ ህዝቢ ዚኣምነሉ፡ እቲ ስርዓት ግን ዘይኣምነሉ፡ ኣብ ወድሰብ ተቐባልነት ዘለዎ መሰረታዊ ኣምራትን መትከላትን ተጠቒሞም ኪምክቱሉ ይኽእሉ ነይሮም፡ ግን ኣይገበሩዎን። በቲ ናቱ ሜላታት ከይከዱ ዘሕፍር ኮይኑዎም፡ እቲ ናታቶም ሜላታትን ፖሊሲታትን መደባትን ድማ በብእዋኑ ብምክፍፋልን ብምጉጅጃልን ብዘይምስምማዕን ብናይ ምጥርጣር መንፈስን፡ ብናይ ሃይማኖታውን ኣውራጃውን ሕማም፡ በቲ ሕልናኻ ዘዕርብ ናይ ተገዛእነትን ተምበርካኽነትን ባህርያት ይብረዝ ብምህላዉ፡ ነቲ ጸላኢ ዘርዕድ ወይ ንህላወኡ ዘስግእ ንጥፈታት ከርእዩ ወይ መደባት ኪሕንጽጹ ኣይከኣሉን።

ካብ ኩሉ ዝኸፍአ ግን፡ ነቲ ስርዓት ከም ድኹምን ኪፈርስ ከም ዝቐረበን ጌሮም ምውሳዶም እዩ። እዚ ድማ ናይ ግምገማ ጉድለት እዩ። ንጸላኢኻ ኣብ ክንዲ ክትጸርፎን ክትከሶን ምውዓል፡ ክትግምግሞን፡ ሓያልን ድኹምን ጎድንታቱ ክትፍትሽ ምፍታን ይበልጽ። ከምቲ ጻላኢ በየነይቲ ቀዳድ ኣትየ እየ ዘጥቅዕ ኢሉ ዚሓስብ፡ እቲ ተቓዋሚ ድማ ኣብቲ ስርዓት ቀዳዳትን ድኽመታትን ኣለልዩ ኪጥቀመሉ ኪኽእል ይግባእ።

እቲ ስርዓት ሓያል እንተ ዘይከውን ነይሩ፡ ክሳዕ ሕጂ ኣይምጸንሐን። እቲ ስርዓት ለይትን መዓልትን ንህላወኡ ዘውሕሱ ሜላታት ኪሓስብ ስለ ዚሓድር፡ ተቓወምቲ ኪዳኸሙ ንርእይ ኣሎና። እቲ ስርዓት ብፕሮፓጋንዳ ኣውታራቱን ፈስቲቫላቱን ጓይላታቱን ገይሩ ብምቅላሱ፡ ፈሽኳላትን ሕልኩሳትን ኪዕምብቡ ክኢሎም። ናይ ጸጥታን ሓለዋን ስለያን ገመዳቱ ኣብ ኩሉ ብምዝርጋሑ፡ ኣብ ኣኼባታት ተቓወምቲ ወትሩ ዕግርግርን ሕንፍሽፍሽን ኪልዓል ክኢሉ። ኣባላት ተቓወምቲ ካብቲ ናይቲ ስርዓት ማፍያዊ ፍሕሶ ከምልጡ ኣይከኣሉን፡ በቲ ሓሶቱን ኣምሰሉነቱን መዓልታዊ ዚታለሉ ድማ ብዙሓት እዮም።

ከምቲ ባርዕ ሓዊ ዝኣኽሎ ኣህሚኹ ኣብ መወዳእታ ዚቕህም፡ እቲ ስርዓት ድማ መዓልቱ ሓሊዉ ምቕሃሙ ዘይተርፎ እዩ። ግን ቅሂሙ ማለት ተሳዒሩ ማለት ኣይኮነን። ንስኻውን ኣሰኒፈዮ ኢልካ ክትሕበን ኣይግባእን። ምቕሃሙስ፡ ሕመቕካ እዩ ዘንጸባርቕ። ገዛ ብባርዕ ተቓጺሉ ምስ ተሃሞኸ፡ ብማይ ዝዘቕበበት ቦምበሪ ሒዝካ ኣብቲ ቦታ ደበኽ ምባል ዋጋ የብሉን። ካብቲ ቦታ ግን ናይ ስንፍናኻ ፈሓም ሒዝካ ንገዛኻ ክትምልሰ ትኽእል ኢኻ።

ስለዚ፡ እቲ ስርዓት ንህላወኡ ከንውሕ፡ ዕጡቕን ድሉውን ቆራጽን ከም ዝኾነን፡ ዝኾነ ዓይነት ስጉምቲ ንምውሳድ ድሕር ዘይብልን፡ ኣብቲ ዘታለሎ ህዝቢ ሰረት ዘንበረን፡ ካብ ምፍልላይን ካብ ኣብ ነብስኻ ምጥርጣርን ካብ ፍጹም ተምበርካኽነትን ተረባሓይ ከም ዝኾነን፡ ፍሉይን ጊንጥን ፖለቲካውን ወትሃደራውን ስርዓት ከም ዝኾነን ምፍላጥን ምግንዛብን ናይ ኩሉ ተቓላሳይ መሰረታዊ ተግባር ኪኸውን ይግባእ።

ብድሕሪዚ፡ ከምቲ ኣብ ሜዳ ዝሓዝካ ሒዝካ ተበገስ ዚብሃል ዝነበረ፡ ኩሉ ፈታው ህዝቡን ሃገሩን፡ ተወዲቡን ተወዳዲቡን ሓድነቱ ኣደልዲሉን፡ ነቲ ንሃገርን ንህዝብን ዝሃንጽን ሰላም ዘስፍንን ደሞክራስያውን ህዝባውን መትከላትን መደባትን ራእይን ተስፋን ሒዙ፡ ሃገር ንምድሓን ብኣእምሮኡን ብሕልናኡን ብተግባራቱን ኣብቲ ታሪኻዊ ኵናት ክሳተፍ ይግባእ።

    Amanuel who do you said the enemy? With the rise of complex politics it has become rather usual to refer to the enemy, yet this begs the question as to how does the enemy become the other? Framing the question this way affords a number of important considerations. By placing attention on the processes, it is possible to see both the self and the other. At the centre of these dynamic relationships between selves and others are the narratives that make sense of it all. These narratives associated with group/s destiny order and prioritize events held in collective. They proscribe the performances which constitute the modes of practice of being within the group, and they detail the deeds and sins which mark others as enemies that making sense of conflicts.

    Often groups are taken for granted, and yet other group must be made. This occurs in two ways: first, the group must be created. The famous saying attributed to Massimo D Azeglio perhaps captures this idea best: We have made Italy; now we must make Italians. Large groups – whether ethnies, nations, classes, races or even status groups – are created within specific historical, social, and economic contexts.

    However not all groups are the same, as the so called opposition group/s is often split between the left wing and the right wing, each having fundamental differences giving way xenophobia, bigotry, and ethinic groups dwelling mass migration as their agenda. And at base, collective membership can be seen as an affordance of trust to certain individuals or small groups. So how can we tell the difference between a group who is concerned for everyday matters than those who have their own agendas of destruction. Simple answer we can’t and neither is it a gamble you should be willing to take decisions towards peace and justice do not thrive on mere gambles. Almost all politician groups care a damn about the nation and are mostly focused on grabbing power.

        When most people think of the Civil War, they think of famous fighters or battles fought or how politics entered into an fighters operation. But when I think of the war of brothers and sisters detect the many losses but no gains came out of one of the toughest times in Eritrean history. Thus .I think it would be hard for any of us in this day and age to imagine war as solution other for those war drummer from abroad.in a safe areas.

        Peace, justice and independence I do not think need defining. They are obviously inseparable. Independence must be total and there can be no peace and justice without independence. However such a peace and justice would be a contradiction in terms, the surest way to restart a war. I/We want a eventual formation of a national, democratic stable government based on the highest attainable level of national unity which can be supported by every genuine patriot who rejects selling out the country’s interests for a pocketful of Birrs and narrow interests. Within such a government there could be elements almost from all, even pro-Woyane nationalists as long as they break with and are for a genuine national democracy.

        Hence my suggestion is -what PIA government and his government should do is to listen the people complaints in a very positive way. For instance, a lot of lessons can be learnt easily from the fall of president Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe. His dramatic fall might not necessarily be due to lack of advice of the people, but his ignoring advices too. It is undeniable that Mugabe started his rule as a successful leader, with full of vision. He was taken as the toughest leader of the continent.

        However, as we all knew and read Mugabe was a feared leader and no one near him could suggest. Thus due to his disrespect character, the institutions of the country collapsed, so was the economy and leads his own peril. Disregard what people suggests, saying and requesting is a failure Blaming other governments is another thing.; our leaders need to listen to what the people say and convey advise for the benefit of all..

            Most regimes in Africa did not fully embrace the changes that accompanied the transition. Some accepted multi-party democracy out of western donor pressure and agitation for change by local civil society groups. As a consequence, the constitutional frameworks and state institutions have been tampered with, in order to create an uneven play field against the opposition. Some of these processes have seen sporadic violence during electioneering periods, leading to political instability.
            However the degree of violence and the manner in which they are perpetrated vary from country to country as the recent years’ elections seen in Ethiopia can show. However, with many countries including our neighbor Ethiopia holding their third or fourth multi-party elections, internal power struggles have taken a violent dimension, thereby threatening their very existence.

            In most African countries electoral processes have been accompanied by political violence, as part of the democratization process. Most violence in such cases are often state sponsored, to the advantage of the incumbent, while various groups that struggle for state power also deploy hired violence, in the form of informal groups, militias and gangs. In the context of all the violence, it is the ordinary people who loose out in terms of lives and property. The tragedy is that the political conflict is not about alternative political programmes that could address the major problems such as poverty, disease and illiteracy, but merely a fight over who has access to the state resources and power or could be revenge.

            Multi-partyism was thus seen as a vehicle for the politicization of ethnic and other social cleavages and, as a result, a major obstacle to development in a new society. As the result the use of force has been become a traditional tool employed by the leaders to intimidate opposition, silence dissenters and perpetuate their stay in office. The reluctance of these incumbent regimes has been due to the fear of being held accountable for past misdeeds. In order to consolidate and stay in power, the regimes have been on a witch-hunt to eliminate all those who threaten their grip on power

            Additional, the elites, who are bent on hanging to power at all cost perfected the art of political expediency or stop gap even when these acts threaten the stability of their countries. But in all these cases, there is always a hidden hand of external interests, who would like to retain the status quo or where they support political change, and then their choice of preference is always contradictory to the wish to the people. For instance while many countries took a tough stand on EPRDF Ethiopia regime’s violent election USA did not take a strong stand against this regime, due to its interests in the country. Similar cases can be found elsewhere in the continent.
            In this regard, it is in this considering of complexion that the multiparty system was seen a waste of resources; creates disunity as political parties are usually formed along ethnic lines a vehicle for the politicization of ethnic and other social cleavages and a major obstacle to development in a new African societies. As such we see stability first concern factor and urgently require attention for adoption of a one-party system with a strong leader who can unite people and considered the father of the nation become a choice.

            As we all know, the one and only way to change power was through revolution [radical change]; ever had believed the best solution for the people in mind and it did happen, occasionally; to day is just forging other dictators.. So to bring democratic changes we don’t need to go to war. We do not even need to hire a lobbyist. Critical support what we need to do more good for reform or change. The so called opposition groups politics is like the European soccer match. well-funded adversaries clashing in front of a noisy crowd filled with crazy face-painting extremists freaking out every time the ball moves. The media hangs on every advance and retreat. And at the end of all of this drama.

            A nation/s cannot be built without the popular support and full participation of the people, nor can political, social or economic crisis be resolved and the human and politico-economic conditions improved without the full and effective contribution, creativity, and popular enthusiasm of the vast majority of the people. After all, it is to the people that the very benefits of development should and must accrue. I am convinced that neither can Eritrea’s perpetual politico-economic crisis be overcome, nor can a bright future for country and its people see the light of day unless the structures, pattern, and political context of the process of socioeconomic development are appropriately reformed or to the best minumun do changes.

            I know the constitution in Eritrea is not fully operating , but the government does have a base set series of laws. I understand some people are apt to be startled or at the least raise eyebrows at the mention of reform. However there is no substitute to particularize it by advisement or carefully considering on Eritrean perspective. This is not a contestable position because to conceptualize reform in a narrow way is manifestly absurd for me. I understand the theoretical problems it raises it would seem to have undesirable consequences; may be it break up into narrow, chauvinistic and national and fragments the reform initiative at a time when the need for unity is greater than ever.

            Any how, to understand the issue, I should define reform as an instance where changes have been made to the existing power structure. It does not completely overthrow the existing government but works within the power structure. This includes modification made in laws, practices, policies, etc. The power structure of a country remains the same even though modifications are made. These modifications are made with the aim of creating more stability and positive changes in a socity that support a legitimate governmental operations to function. So evolving such a structure by which this institution could be able to get strength to enact the rule of law of the country.
