እዚ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ዝፈጸሞ ገበን፥ ኣብ ስድራቤታት ምዝንባል ብዝያዳ ኣብ ደቆም ድማ ዓቢ ጉድኣት ኣውሪዱ ምኽንያቱ ትምህርቲ ገና ኣይተዓጽወን። ናይ ትምህርቲ ምብኻን ፈጢሩ ንስድራቤታት ኣብ ሰንፈላል ኣእትይዎም ይርከብ።

As long as the people are ready to endure the suffering, because:
– They think this is a government of EPLF they loved so much,
– They think Iseyas is one of them, Hamasenite, Christian, Nationalist .. bla bla,
– The Generals are defending the nation, while in reality they are brutal slave owners,
– They internalized the divisive propaganda of the regime (Region, Religion, Ethnicity),
– The “the-devil-we-know-is-better” type mindset, that sees they dictator as less evil,
– They are indifferent to what happens elsewhere in the country
Because of all the above and many other issues:
1. Eritreans will continue to suffer for years to come,
2. The regime will do anything to avoid accountability, including instigating civil war,
3. Eritrea is at great risk like never before in it’s long existence,
4. A much worse future is likely to come, unless people open their eyes wide, to see the enemy they have at home.

Dear Moki,
The reasons you listed comprise only half of the problems why the outlaw regime in Asmara has been able to last for so long with no tangible resistance from the Eritrean people. Not only that, you have also put the blame squarely on the highland Christian Eritreans for continuing to support the regime. I believe this kind of thinking is not smart politicking. It did not work during the 1940s and 1950s; it did not work during Ghedli, and it is not working now. It is an outdated cliche. Current problems require current and critical thinking.
Have you also thought why there are so many opposition entities which have refused to unite their energies under one umbrella? As a matter of fact the majority of these entities are run and owned by the Eritrean Muslims. Do you have any idea why they are unwilling to unite and form one organization that represents them all?
The problem is not the people that are still supporting the regime. The problem is the oppositions have conflicting interests and end goals that are keeping them separated apart.

It is sad. Issais is systmatically pushing people to leave the country. This is part of the plan. He want them to leave the country and send dollar. Killings young people is the same as demolishing houses. The whole purposes is forcing them to leave the country. It is big crime.

Yes this 100% right, if you want call Asmara and you will hear what has happened, Yesterday I called my close relative who used to live in Ghodaif, but I learned that she and her children have moved to their village 16 Km out of Asmara ,because her house was demolished.
This regime is there to steal, rape torture, kill and build prisons only.
Thousands of houses are already demolished resulting in thousands of homeless families.
People can verify this by calling relative or by visiting Asmara and close by villages to see first hand the extent of the destruction.
