ዕላማ ናይቲ ፈስቲቫል፡ ካብ ኤርትራውያን ገንዘብ ንምምዝማዝ ማዕሪኡ ድማ፡ ፈንጠንዝያ ብምግባር ነቲ ምልካዊ ስርዓት ኢሳይያስ ዘካይዶ ዘሎ ናይ ሓሶት ፕሮፖጋንዳ ንምድማቕ ምዃኑ ዝገለጹ ምንጭታት፡ እቲ ጸገማት ናይቶም ኣብ ሰንፈላል ዝነብሩ ኤርትራውያን ስደተኛታት ናይ ምፍታሕ ሓልዮትን ተገዳስነትን ዘይብሉ ስርዓት፡ በንጻሩ ነቲ ዘለዎም ድኹም ኩነታት ስደት ተጠቒሙ፡ ገንዘቦም ኣብ ልዕሊ ምምዝማዝ መጋበርያ ፕሮፖጋንዳ ይገብሮም ምህላዉ ከምዘሕዘኖም ገሊጾም።
ብሰንኪ ኣብ ስዑዲ ዓረብ ዝርከብ ኩነታት፡ ዝበዝሑ ኤርትራውያን ተቐማጦ ስዑዲ ወረቓቕቶም ስለዝተበላሸወ ኣማራጺ ስኢኖም ገንዘቦም ኣብ ባንክ ህግደፍ ከቐምጡ ከምዝግደዱ ብምጥቃስ ከኣ፡ ገንዘቦም ቀደም ኣብ ዓሰርተ መዓልቲ ዘውጽኡዎ ዝነበሩ ኣብዚ እዋን`ዚ ግን ካብ ክልተ ክሳብ ሰለስተ ወርሒ ስለዝወስደሎም፡ ኢጋማ ኣብ ምሕዳስ፡ መኻይን ኣብ ምጽጋን ኮነ ዕለታዊ መነባብሮኦም ኣብ ምክያድ ከቢድ ሽግር የጋጥሞም ምህላዉ ኣረዲኦም።

In an era when the so called opposition seems remote and difficult to approach, unity and reconciliation may seem a hopelessly romantic notion. Yet nothing is more crucial to the future of Eritrean democracy than to develop such a way of spurring greater citizen participation; This can provide a blueprint for major reform in the country; because participation can influence citizens to become more knowledgeable, more confident in the government; and can provide more thoughts or suggestions as to a possible course of action the government to being responsive in setting priorities and formulating polices that closely approximate the true preferences of the people.
