ንኽብለኪ ናጽነት

ብሓቂ ድየ ብእምነት

መምዘኒኺ’ባ ንገርኒ ብኡነት።

ዝሓሰብኩዎ ካብ ዘይኮነለይ

ዝረኣዮ ምስ መስከረ ዓይነይ

ዝሰምዖ ምስ ደገመ እዝነይ

ደጊም!

ከይዳህሰስኩ ብኢደይ

ኣይገብረለይን’ዩ ከብደይ

ኣይቅበልን’ዩ ልበይ

ብእንዳ ዝናን ባህታን ተገፊፉ’ዩ ቐልበይ።

ናጽነት መስክሪ ውዕሎኺ ንገሪ

ኣስፊሕኪ ምኸሪ ንሲናይ ዘክሪ።

ከመይ ኔሩ መገሻ

ካብ ቦሌ ንኣዋሳ

መንቀሳቐሲ ወረቐትኪኸ ኣበይ’ያ ተሓዲሳ

ኣብ ኣዋሳዶ ኣብ ዓዲ ሓውሻ!

ወያ ሰናይ ዘመን ክትመጽእ’ያ ግዲ ተመሊሳ።

ትጎዪ’ላ ኣዋሳ

ካብ ኩላተን ርሒሳ

ንሃረርታ ክሒሳ

ንመንእሰይ ደቢሳ

ንለውጥን ዕርቅን ተበጊሳ።

ጎይታ ሰላም ይቐድሳ

ብመዓርን ጠስምን ይሞግሳ

ኣብ ግዜ ሰላም ክንበጽሓ ክንምለሳ።

    Great! this so great of you Daniel. I thank u very much for this beautiful and colorful poem. It is so mesmerizing because it gives one a picture of a bright future concerned with reconciliation and peace rather than antagonism and war! let those who beat the drums of war be hopeless! for hereafter noe one will carry a weapon to fight agaisnt a brother on the other side of the border. Instead he will carry a spade on the right hand and the torch of peace and education on the other. No place for dictators and warmongers will be the slogan. May death come to the dictator sooner than later.

    Danny,
    It is a wonderful poem that reflect the optimism of the current engagement. And yes the pictures of our young is real and are ready to take the stalk of our nation. I saw the eagerness of our young to understand the make up of our mosaic and take notes about the intricate “diversity politics.”For me, that was a clear indication of their resolve and ready to tackle the current Eritrea politics. We will create a vehicle that enable them to pull the rest of our young to the fold. Thank you again.

      Your picture is below in the bus but why did you ignore Daniel Tewelde’s plea for justice, when your friends accused him of being “Higdef spy”? Where were you hiding?

      A political nomad that you are, congratulations for being elected as a member of the fraudulent congress. Your political prostitution has finally paid of. Eritreans are asking you tell them why those who violated Daniel Tewolde’s rights. Eritreans are asking you to reveal the names, political affiliations and place of residence of those 600 souls who attended the meeting in Awassa. Democracy is a fair representation. If you truly believe in democracy, Eritreans are asking you to tell them why there was no single highland Eritrean among those who came from the Sudan, the Middle East and Australia. Eritreans are asking you to explain why the EDA members are more representation in the congress than the “civic” society.

          1. Why was Daniel Tewelde denied of participating in the meeting while those who violated his rights were allowed?

          2. Why were highland Eritreans who reside in Australia, the Sudan and the Middle East not represented in the meeting?

          3. Why were the names, political affiliations and place of residence of the 600 souls who participated in the meeting not revealed to the Eritrean people?

          What are you afraid of?

    The poem has two main messages: one is wudesa nAwassa and the other is a denigration of the city of Nakfa for being a catalyst in the liberation of Eritrea. And if he thinks that Awassa will bring him the kind of change that he is hoping for, we will all wait to see what type of change “his” Awassa meeting will bring a year from now. To the realistic person, however, the change is probably going to be another 30 or more entities adding to the existing 32 EDA members. And with the Ethiopian Central Bank is being in a state of bankruptcy, the barbaric woyane may not be able to finance them all. Now with the top leadership brass of the EDA member organizations having the upper hand in the fraudulent congress, the road to Asmara is made more impossible than ever. Reject religious and ethnic politics and condemn the barbaric woyane’s occupation of Eritrea’s territory. Without accepting these three preconditions, your dream will still be similar to the dream of the famous chicken.
