Thank you so much brother Yemane for your in-depth analysis of DIA’s political intrigues, sabotages, conspiracies and clandestine machinations both covert/overt. I guess we should be able to draw a valuable lesson from your experience particularly at this juncture, There is no any shred of doubt that all ethnic Eritreans are much more united than ever before against a common enemy (DIA). At the same time, it is very important to for all ethnic Eritreans to do their due diligence in identifying/recognizing/weeding out the dark forces of which DIA is the offspring. These dark forces had been implanted in our social fabric since 1941 to gradually destroy our ethnic identity. What we have been experiencing for the last 27 years is the extension of the past. To prevent past/present historical blunders from happening again. In short removing DIA includes rooting out these dark forces as well. That is what ensures/secures both our ethnic identity and sovereignty Restoring Eritrean national identity and pride is an important premise for democratic Eritrea.

What is happening now in Eritrea is simply a continuation of what was happening during the gedli times. It is very unfortunate but the reality is the present generation of Eritreans is primarily a victim of the older generation of Eritreans. The amount of loss caused by this older generation by active and passive action and inaction is too much and may be they had succeeded is decimating the next generation and the nation as we knew it before.
The new generation need to unfortunately pick up the mess and start by removing DIA. It only takes one bullet to his head. God know how the state will fare after that but lets be optimistic and good things could happen.
