The Vatican can assist the Eritrean catholic church by making a formal request to the UN to implement the so called MAGNITSKY LAW that allows countries such as USA, CANADA, BRITAIN, EU Countries and others to use their courts to freeze, confiscate and seize assets, stashed funds of the rogue bandits in Asmara (DIA & GENERALS). Using that legal process hits them hard where it hurts most and sets a morality play to help victims of crime, corruption and instability.
