The dictator can live only in a war situation. Under this brutal ruler Eritrea has gone to war with Sudan ( early 90’s) , with Yemen ( mid 90’s), with Ethiopia (late 90’s) and with Dijoubiti around 2008. Now again he is trying to make a new war situation, this time with Sudan. We know that this brutal dictator can live only under warmongering situation..
