“It is not the kids its the parents.
    “tears_of-the_dead”
The parents lived there supporting the EPLF, and then the PFDJ and now the ruthless dictator. they had no any idea then, they don’t have a clue now. “Bezefen lai yetemeserete ye ager fikir..” zibelo Meles n’kemzaAtom eyu..They know Eritrea through the Ghedli songs, they server the dictator through its deadily musics”,

You are still dreaming like your old parents, my brother.
It is clearly seen that you are against the state of Eritrea. You didn’t understand that the whole Eritreans have supported to the EPLF and its leadership and remain faithfull for their government.

A lot of parent encourage their kids to attend YPFDJ events just to let the kids meet other Eritreans not that they care about PFDJ. I personally know a parents who are against Isias but they encourage thier teenage daughter to go PFDJ events, why they want her to meet other Eritrean teens.

The money comes from real Eritrean youth not from Eritrean government not like woyane doing.
We have a plan for his next trip to put a red carpet to our future president. We are going to spend our money for Eritrea and to our leaders to show Woyanes and their servant, how we are devoted to our country (ERITREA) . We are very proud of our leaders.

God bless to our leaders and ERITREAN people.

    • Amanuel April 12, 2012

“Woyanes and their servant, how we are devoted to our country (ERITREA)”
If you are devoted to Eritrea, why not go to Sawa and serve your country?

      • tef April 12, 2012

I was in sawa in Eritrea for 4 years during war between ERITREA and woyane. I am one of the ERITREAn fighters who send woyane back to tigray, now still I work hard for Eritrean people not like you who works for woyane, to destroy Erotrean people

        • idris April 12, 2012

When did you send them back??? hahaha…they are still there
Asmera is at the reach of their misiles, leave alone their airforce, if you like

You didn’t answer my question. If you love PFDJ why are in western country? Why did you leave Sawa?
Your answered you were in Sawa, so do I. I left Sawa because i don’t want to be a slave for rest of my life. How about you?

you don’t even know where sawa located,if you eritrean ask your parent the history of eritrea
“If you are devoted to Eritrea, why not go to Sawa and serve your country?” hmmm read it what you said “DEVOTED” nice word do you know how many Eritrean martyr’s since you Master wed-medhn berad killed?am sure you have no clue, ppl like you they just bla bla and care less what wedi medhn berad killed am inviting you to come to sawa and experience to know about sawa how the young kids suffer they wish to die instead to be in sawa they have no say i would liike to ask if you have sister or not but you are 3rd class citizen and know nothing what is going on inside so you need 14years old pure Eritrean to give you a lesson, are you sure you know who you father is you better ask your mom.

    To all members of ypfdj:
I know some of you’re there because you are a proud Eritrean & don’t even pay attention to what’s really going on in Eritrea. Your only source of information may be Shabait, dehai, EriTV & all the pro government sites & most of your peers who also are pro pfdj. If that’s all you know, then, yes, you don’t see any problem in Eritrea as you are only hearing all the “positive developments”. I was more or less like you guys many years ago, before I saw all the wrong that is being done to our people. I just couldn’t see that our leader could do any wrong.
You see, most of you, like me, reside in a Western country & we tend to take for granted all the freedom that our country of residence provides. We get up and go wherever we want, talk about any political issue as it pertains to the country that we live in and criticize its leader/s with out any fear of persecution, belong to a religion that we want to, go to a school that we want to, go to and work where we want to work at & carry-on with our lives as WE CHOOSE & PLEASE. Now think about our brothers and sisters in Eritrea, the ones that a lot of you may see when you go to celebrate festivals or simply visit Eritrea when you CHOOSE to go.
    Our people:
-have NO FREEDOM of expression (speech or otherwise) or gathering
-have NO FREEDOM of worship as they CANNOT belong to certain religions
-are IMPRISONED if they belong to a certain religious group

Simply said there is NO Democracy nor…

Members of the YPFDJ have a right to there political views but should ask themselves, why is the YPFDJ a diaspora only organization? What was the impetus for its creation? To me it seems fairly clear that it was a response to the mass emigration of the Eritrean youth. The youth in the diaspora (my self being one) have a nationalism that is instilled by their parents and is often driven by growing up as a minority in the diaspora. The search for our identities can be a strong propellant toward nationalist sentiments. This is partially why the YPFDJ appeals to so many Eritrean youth in the diaspora. It is an opportunity to fully engage your Eritrean identity and feel like your contributing to the fulfillment of the revolution. But for those exact same reasons the government of Eritrea is well aware of the potential effect that the disenfranchised Eritrean youth that are fleeing the country could have on the ripe diaspora youth. The youth escaping the country are naturally more “authentic” than diaspora youth. Not in their patriotism or love for the country but in that they would be able to command a certain authority on matters concerning the country because they are actually from there. The big PFDJ never thought it necessary to engage the diaspora youth until the mass migration and it should be clear to everyone that the creation of the YPFDJ, a purely diaspora organization, was design to prevent the diaspora community from being influenced by the views of the new…

    ..contd from previous posting.
Simply said there is NO Democracy nor Justice in Eritrea.
    Our people:
-live in a country that doesn’t have a constitution or human rights
    -live in constant fear
-are forced to go to Sawa to finish school & beyond while you and I choose to go to any school that we want to
-once they are done with Sawa, they work in forced labor camps
-they may remain in national service for years and years while you & I enjoy traveling anywhere and just about doing anything that we choose to. Do you think they enjoy the festivities that we take part in while they are slaving away? It’s as if we don’t even take time to see how it would feel to be in their shoes. Please think about them for a few minutes, see what kind of life they are leading (or made to lead). Please put yourself in their shoes and see how it would feel to be made to lead such a life? I am sure, most of you are fortunate enough to have your siblings with you. Surely you won’t allow your own siblings to suffer while you enjoy freedom.
But how can we allow all these (and more) to continue to happen to our Eritrean brothers & sisters?
Did you know that after all that the youth go through, if they choose to leave the country & succeed, their parents are imprisoned and are made to pay the government $50,000 for the missing child? Why are we allowing ourselves to support a regime that abuses our people?

Please think about it & STAND for DEMOCRACY, FREEDOM & JUSTICE.
    GOD SAVE THE…
