Wedi Tikabo has been sent abroad by the PFDJ along a group of artists for propaganda shows, which the regime often uses to dissuade the decline of its support base among Diaspora Eritreans.
In light of the recent Lampedusa tragedy, which shocked the whole nation and the world, excluding the regime in Asmara, Yohannes Tukabo’s decision was both timely and morale.

Dear Eritreans
I feel shame to the idea raised by eritreans in Assena for the following reasons.
1. Eritreans who participate in Assena raised less important, illogical and irrelevant issues to the current serious problem of Eritrea ruled by the dreary leader Issayas.
2. The paricipants have no dream for their nation.
3. I think, most of you have no such a aknowledg to evaluate your history of independence. For me, you have to raise quesions such as does the strugle of eritreans brings peace, democracy, right, freedon of organization, freedom of expression, development etc to the people.
4. What is going on in the global world and compare with Eritrea’s situation.please let’s discuss.
5. What are the merits and demerits of Eritrea to departure from Ethiopia in practice not in dream (With out thinking about the old politics)
6.What will be the future of Eritrea after Issayas.
Therefore please our discussion shall be on such and other similar topics otherwise insulting to each other is backwardness.

How could One person make a big national disturbance over millions of Eritreans? What was referendum doing for eritrea? Do the people of Eritea benefit only geographical boundary? Who fight for democracy, justice, peace,and freedom? Ethiopians? Have you tasted a country how much is difficult living with out economic integration?
